Custom Black Club Shaft Labels With Your Name, Address & Phone Number

Up for auction are 15 Black Club Name, Address and Phone Number labels.  These labels are printed on 5 year vinyl with made for outdoor ink.  Labels are 5/8" x 2 1/4".  They will come ready to apply to your clubs with your name, address and phone # on them.  They are custom printed so allow an extra day for shipping.

Either send a note with your paypal payment which is the best way to get me your information or send an Ebay message with your information in it.  I really think most people want their phone number included on the labels but if you don't let me know I will  not know what to print.  If you don't send a message after 3 or 4 days I will print your PayPal address on them and ship them out.  Also if you want a different address than your default PayPal address please let me know if you want them shipped to the PayPal address or the address on the label.   Only takes a minute to send this message and it will make your labels get there correct and much faster.  Thank You.
Shipping will be $1.45 for the first set of decals and .50 for each additional set ordered.   Paypal only please.  We only ship to the 48 states.  Good luck.
